At BALLUThekedar (www.balluthekedar.com), owned and operated by MONIL Corpus, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable nationwide marketplace and advertising platform for Contractors, Vendors, and Users.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any Listing Plans, Lead Packages, Banner Spaces, or Premium Digital Marketing Services. By making a payment on this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


1. Strict No-Refund Policy for Premium & Commercial Services

All commercial transactions on BALLUThekedar are final. Except as explicitly stated in Section 2 of this policy, BALLUThekedar maintains a strict NO REFUND and NO CASHBACK policy for all paid products:

  • Subscription Plans (Starter, Growth, Elite): Once a plan is activated, no refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be issued if you decide to cancel or stop using the services before the plan expires.

  • Lead Packages: We act solely as a technology intermediary to deliver user-submitted project queries. We do not guarantee that a lead will respond, answer calls, or convert into a confirmed project. Once a lead is purchased or delivered to you, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another lead.

  • Banner Advertisements & Digital Marketing: Fees paid for banner ad placements or digital branding campaigns are non-refundable. We guarantee platform space and visibility, not specific business conversions, call volumes, or Return on Investment (ROI).


2. Exceptions / Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests will only be evaluated under the following rare technical circumstances:

  • Double Payment: If your account is charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

  • Technical Failure: If your payment is successfully deducted but the purchased product (Listing Plan, Lead Package, or Ad Space) fails to activate in your dashboard within 48 hours due to a technical error from our side.


3. Absolute Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will be strictly rejected if:

  • You change your mind or choose to shut down your business after purchasing a plan.

  • You are unsatisfied with the performance, conversion rate, or volume of leads generated through the platform.

  • Your account or listing is suspended, restricted, or deleted due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, fraud, or posting plagiarized work profiles.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel your active subscription plan directly through your Vendor Dashboard at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, your premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No partial refunds will be given for unused days.


5. Refund Claim Process

If your case falls under the eligible criteria mentioned in Section 2, you must raise a formal request:

  • Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date.

  • Required Details: Send an email to info@balluthekedar.com with your Registered Business Name, Phone Number, Payment Receipt, and Transaction ID.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed automatically via the original payment route within 7 to 10 working days.
