BALLUThekedar is a nationwide digital marketplace and advertising platform operating across all states and union territories of India. By accessing the platform from any jurisdiction within India, you agree to the terms governed by this policy and Indian federal regulations.
To seamlessly deliver our multi-service marketplace and advertising products, we collect:
For Users/Clients: Name, active phone number, email address, exact project requirements, and location/city/state details within India to facilitate contractor matching.
For Contractors/Vendors: Business name, individual contact person name, active phone numbers, email addresses, geographical service coverage area, area of expertise, past work portfolio images, and government-issued identifications or tax registrations (such as GSTIN/PAN, if submitted for verification purposes).
Product & Commercial Data:
Lead Generation Packages: Purchase history, lead consumption data, and platform usage metrics.
Digital Marketing & Banner Ads: Creative assets (banners, logos, videos), brand taglines, targeted audience preferences, and related click/impression analytics.
Payment & Transaction Data: All commercial transactions for Subscriptions, Paid Leads, or Ad placements are routed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways. BALLUThekedar does not store your full credit/debit card numbers, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on its servers.
We process your data based on your explicit consent given at the time of registration or product purchase, for the following core operations:
Matching and distributing user-submitted project leads to eligible nationwide Vendors.
Running targeted digital marketing campaigns and displaying banner advertisements across our platform.
Displaying public Vendor profiles to help them gain visibility and business leads across India.
Transmitting critical transactional alerts, automated lead notifications, and security OTPs via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Lead Sharing: Users explicitly consent that their shared contact and project details will be transferred to relevant registered Vendors to obtain project estimations.
Public Visibility: Vendor business information, portfolio images, and active advertisements are made available publicly to maximize organic user outreach.
Authorized Third Parties: Data may be shared with secure infrastructure partners (such as our web host Hostinger, email servers, and SMS gateways) strictly to maintain platform operations.
BALLUThekedar operates strictly as an “Intermediary” under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our liability across all commercial offerings is capped at ZERO as detailed below:
No Authenticity or Closing Guarantee for Leads: BALLUThekedar acts merely as a technological pipe to pass lead data. We do not guarantee the authenticity, financial capacity, response rate, or final commercial closing of any lead or lead package purchased by Vendors.
No Return on Investment (ROI) Guarantee for Marketing/Ads: For any premium Digital Marketing Services or Banner Advertisement space purchased, BALLUThekedar provides only the technical placement and traffic visibility. We offer no guarantee of specific revenue increases, call volumes, or business conversions.
No Offline Dispute Liability: BALLUThekedar does not perform comprehensive physical audits of listed vendors or end-users. We assume no liability or responsibility for the quality of offline physical work, financial defaults, structural failures, criminal conduct, or breach of contract between Users and independent Contractors. All parties engage at their own independent risk.
As a Data Principal in India, you hold the absolute right to:
Access & Rectify: View and modify your stored commercial or personal information via your account dashboard.
Erase/Withdraw Consent: Request the permanent removal of your listing, advertising assets, and user data from our active servers. Note: Withdrawal of consent or deletion requests during an active advertising campaign or active subscription period will lead to immediate service termination without any eligibility for refunds.
We utilize standard encryption protocols to protect your data during transit and storage. Your information is retained securely only for the duration required to fulfill active service delivery contracts, or as legally required under Indian statutory compliance and auditing guidelines.
In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules and DPDP mandates, any regulatory inquiries, legal notices, data concerns, or marketplace disputes must be officially directed to:
