1. General Policy

All payments made for listings, promotions, or services on BalluThekedar are generally non-refundable.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment is deducted but listing is not activated
  • Duplicate payment is made
  • Technical issue from our side

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will NOT be provided if:

  • User changes mind after purchase
  • Listing performance (leads, calls) is not satisfactory
  • User provides incorrect information

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be sent within 3 days of payment
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
