I gave my geyser to this technician for repair. Instead of properly fixing the issue, he bypassed the safety switch. Because of that shortcut, the geyser appeared to work temporarily, but it eventually caused the internal board to burn out.

When I returned with the damaged unit, he initially agreed to repair it. Later, he claimed the board failure was due to an unrelated electrical problem, refusing to acknowledge that his earlier bypass caused the damage. He then told me the board repair would be very expensive and pushed me to replace the entire geyser by buying a new one from him.

This situation happened because he did not have the proper skills to diagnose and repair the appliance correctly. He altered a critical safety mechanism, denied responsibility when questioned, and still charged money despite leaving me with a more serious and costly problem than I originally had.

I trusted him with a simple repair and paid the price for that mistake. I would strongly caution others to be careful before using his services.
