About Balluthekedar:
Balluthekedar is a growing digital platform that helps contractors connect with potential clients through online listings, lead generation, and digital marketing support in the construction industry.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior Contractor Manager who will be responsible for contractor onboarding, lead conversion, listing management, and basic marketing support. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, operations, and digital growth within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming contractor leads via calls and messages
• Explain platform services and convert leads into paid listings
• Assist contractors in completing their profiles and listings
• Ensure accuracy of listing details (services, images, descriptions)
• Optimize listings with basic SEO (titles, descriptions, location keywords)
• Follow up with potential and existing contractors
• Coordinate with contractors to shot or collect site photos/videos
• Support digital marketing, content creation activities.
• Maintain daily work and performance reports
Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Knowledge of computers, smartphones, internet, and online platforms
• Sales mindset and willingness to interact with clients
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn SEO, content creation and digital marketing.
Preferred Background:
• Candidates with Civil Engineering or construction-related background will be given preference
• Basic understanding of construction work, contractors, and site processes is an added advantage
• This role offers practical exposure to the construction industry along with digital business experience.
Compensation:
•Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month(for 3 month probation period)
