Broken Product at Delivery: The showpiece was already packed when I was handed the final items post-billing. I only discovered the damage after unwrapping it at home. If it had been checked thoroughly in front of me—as you now claim—I wouldn’t have taken home a damaged item. It’s unfair to suggest otherwise after the fact.
Replacement Issue: Yes, you did exchange the broken piece, but the replacement process was not smooth. I was told to choose only from the same price bracket, even though the broken piece was already part of a discount deal. Expecting me to pick something cheaper or of less value while insisting the original discount no longer applies didn’t feel customer-friendly—it felt like shifting the goalpost.
Discount Clarification: I never demanded a discount as a “right.” I only pointed out that the replacement item I selected still had a visible discount tag on it—which your team later denied applied. That contradiction made me feel misled.
Double Tape Photo: Regarding the image I posted, the double tape shown was poorly applied and clearly not holding the piece securely. It looked like a temporary fix rather than a finished product worthy of display or sale.
Misguidance by Staff: The issue wasn’t about the product suggestion, but how the process was handled—from poor packaging to mixed messages about pricing and discount eligibility. That’s what I meant by “misguidance.”
. Also please customer a fresh piece not the one on display if you are selling a antique.
