Stinky washrooms.
Overall poor condition.
DB mall is much managed

Lakshya Security deployed an untrained guard at Keshar Tower. When I raised a concern, the supervisor excused it by saying the guard is new and financially struggling. The guard even refused to ask a wrongly parked car to move, telling me to struggle myself instead. If security can’t assist in basic parking issues, there’s no point in having them. Very disappointing experience.
