I recently visited Prakhar Enterprises in Gwaliorand I’m very satisfied with the experience. The store offers a wide range of sanitary products, from bathroom fittings and faucets to tiles and plumbing essentials.
The staff were knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. Pricing was competitive, and they even offered guidance on installation and maintenance. I appreciated the clean showroom and the professional customer service.

Once you visit the store, you can see the ego of the owner and his son. I have never seen shop owners treating their paying customers that way.
Let me tell you the full story.
We were naive to the sanitary industry as customers and were confused about what to choose and where the difference was. But we went to the shop to decide whether to go with a particular brand, in this case, Jaquar. Firstly, they never pitch you the company you are asking about; they will just compare everything with their own brand (or the brand that is paying more).
Secondly, when we were unaware about which fitting to choose, the owner’s son replied to his worker behind our back,
“Inpe kyu time kharaab kar raha hai.”
Is this the way a business should reply to a customer?
These shops work on referrals, and I am a business owner myself. I know how these things work.
And of course, you aren’t getting any referrals here. just the negative one: not to go with this particular shop.
Just a business lesson from my side: always behave well with the customer, whatever the case.
Even if they are not buying from you, they will give you a referral just if you behave nicely.
I hate the egoist part when we arrive, just wanted to tell you the same.
