Ballu Thekedar:

  • Does NOT execute work

  • Does NOT employ contractors

  • Acts ONLY as a facilitator between clients and contractors

All contractors listed are independent professionals.

2. Free Service for Clients

Clients are NOT charged any fee for searching contractors, posting projects, or contacting contractors through the website.

All commercial agreements, pricing, timelines and execution are strictly between client and contractor.

3. Contractor Lead Fee

Ballu Thekedar charges contractors a nominal percentage of project value only in cases where:

  • Ballu Thekedar directly provides verified client leads to the contractor.

Lead fee is applicable only on successful project confirmation.

Lead fee once charged is non-refundable.

4. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

All contractors operate independently.

Ballu Thekedar is NOT responsible for:

  • Quality of work

  • Project delays

  • Pricing disputes

  • Material selection

  • Labor management

  • Site safety

  • Any damages or losses

Clients are advised to verify contractor credentials independently before finalizing any project.

5. No Guarantee or Endorsement

Listing of any contractor does NOT imply endorsement, certification, or guarantee by Ballu Thekedar.

All information provided by contractors is self-declared.

6. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Communicate directly with contractors

  • Make payments directly to contractors

  • Inspect work before acceptance

Contractors agree to:

  • Provide truthful profile information

  • Honor commitments made to clients

  • Follow safety and labor laws

  • Pay applicable lead fees

7. Safety & Insurance

All onsite safety, worker insurance, tools, equipment, and legal compliance are sole responsibility of the contractor.

Ballu Thekedar holds no liability for workplace accidents or injuries.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ballu Thekedar / Monil Corpus shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit or business

  • Contractor negligence

  • Site accidents

  • Project failures

Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the contractor lead fee received by Ballu Thekedar.

9. Data Usage

By using this platform, users agree that submitted information may be shared with relevant contractors for project communication.

10. Termination of Access

Ballu Thekedar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misuse of platform

  • Non-payment of lead fees

  • Abusive behavior

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos and branding belong to Monil Corpus.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh courts only.
